Cookie Policy

Last updated: 2 June 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Flexiblepure.world uses cookies and similar technologies on our website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), information collected via cookies may be personal information where it identifies you or could reasonably identify you (for example, when combined with IP addresses or account data).

2. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Local storage (used on this site to remember your cookie consent) stores data in your browser without using a traditional cookie file. Pixels or tags may be used by analytics or advertising partners if you consent to those categories.

We use these technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and—only with your consent—measure traffic or deliver relevant advertising.

3. Australian Legal Framework

We manage cookie-related personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), particularly APP 1 (transparency), APP 3 (collection), APP 5 (notification), APP 6 (use and disclosure), and APP 8 (overseas disclosure) where providers process data outside Australia.

The OAIC expects organisations to provide clear information about online tracking and, where appropriate, obtain consent for non-essential tracking that would otherwise exceed what a reasonable person would expect. We use a consent banner before activating optional analytics or marketing technologies.

We also comply with the Australian Consumer Law by avoiding misleading practices in our cookie interface (for example, equal prominence for “Reject” and “Accept all”).

4. Cookie Categories We Use

4.1 Strictly necessary (always active)

These are essential for the website to function, including storing your cookie preference (tdde_cookie_consent in local storage), maintaining security, and load balancing. They cannot be switched off via our banner because the site would not operate correctly without them. Under APP 6, use of this data is reasonably necessary for our functions.

4.2 Analytics (optional — consent required)

If enabled, analytics cookies or similar tools help us understand how visitors use pages (e.g. visits, duration, referrers). We only activate these after you choose Accept all or enable Analytics in Cookie settings. Typical providers may include Google Analytics or comparable services if implemented.

4.3 Marketing (optional — consent required)

If enabled, marketing cookies may support remarketing, conversion measurement, or social advertising. We only activate these with your consent. If we do not use marketing tools on a given date, toggles remain available for transparency and future use.

5. Third-Party Content and Cookies

Some embedded content may set its own cookies when you interact with it:

We do not control third-party cookies. Review those providers’ policies and use browser controls to manage them.

6. How We Obtain and Withdraw Consent

On your first visit, a banner explains our use of cookies and offers:

You may withdraw consent at any time by:

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

7. Retention Periods

8. Managing Cookies in Your Browser

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Instructions are available from browser vendors (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Blocking all cookies may affect site functionality. For mobile devices, check system and app settings.

Visit OAIC: cookies and online privacy for Australian guidance.

9. Overseas Processing

Analytics or advertising partners may process data on servers outside Australia (including the US or EU). Where APP 8 applies, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle information in accordance with the APPs, or we rely on another permitted ground. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. AI Tools, Analytics, and Automated Technologies

Our website does not currently run an AI chat that collects messages automatically. If we enable analytics or marketing tags that use automated profiling, they remain subject to your cookie consent. AI-assisted content drafting on our servers does not place cookies on your device by itself.

If we embed third-party AI widgets (for example a support chat) in future, they may set their own cookies—we will list them here and in the cookie banner before activation. See Privacy Policy — AI transparency.

11. GDPR (EEA/UK Visitors)

Where GDPR applies, non-essential cookies are used only on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You have the right to withdraw consent, object to certain automated processing, and complain to your supervisory authority.

12. Updates and Contact

We may update this Cookie Policy when our technologies or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.

Questions: welcome@flexiblepure.world or +61 417 711 300. Privacy complaints may also be directed to the OAIC (see our Privacy Policy).
